A Mini Townhall Session led by the Chief Executive Officer of Digital Perak Corporation Holdings (Digital Perak), En. Mohamad Suhaimi Mohamad Tahir, was held today with the participation of Digital Perak employees.

The session focused on reviewing the organisation’s business and financial performance, as well as the implementation of current initiatives, to ensure that Digital Perak’s strategic direction remains clear, well-structured, and responsive to the evolving operating environment.

A key highlight of the session was the presentation of the 90-Day Action Plan for the July–December 2026 period, which has been developed to:

• Enhance operational efficiency
• Accelerate revenue collection
• Diversify revenue streams

An interactive question-and-answer session also provided employees with the opportunity to seek clarification, share feedback, and exchange constructive ideas in an open and collaborative setting.

Overall, the Mini Townhall reinforced the organisation’s collective commitment to achieving its business objectives while advancing the state’s digital transformation agenda in line with the aspirations of Perak Sejahtera 2030.

Following the recent launch of the SIHAT AI Smart Health Kiosk, Digital Perak once again welcomed a production crew from Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM) for a special feature to be aired on Selamat Pagi Malaysia, highlighting this innovative digital healthcare initiative to audiences across Malaysia.

The recording included an interview with Digital Perak Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mohamad Suhaimi Mohamad Tahir, as well as a live demonstration of the SIHAT AI Smart Health Kiosk. The feature showcased how artificial intelligence (AI) is being harnessed to enable faster, more accessible, accurate, and inclusive preliminary health screenings.

This media coverage reflects Digital Perak’s continued commitment to raising public awareness of digital innovations that deliver meaningful benefits to the community, while supporting the Perak State Government’s aspiration to strengthen the digital economy ecosystem and advance technology-driven public service transformation.

The Chief Executive Officer of Digital Perak Corporation Holdings (DPCH), Mr. Mohamad Suhaimi Mohamad Tahir, paid a courtesy visit to the Mayor of Ipoh, YBhg. Tuan Zamakhshari Hanipah, at the Ipoh City Council (MBI) headquarters.

The strategic meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration between both organisations in advancing Perak’s digital transformation agenda, accelerating smart city development, and enhancing the technology ecosystem within Ipoh.

Discussions focused on key smart city initiatives, data-sharing collaboration, and future planning to further strengthen the Perak Integrated Network Operation and Command Centre (PINOCC). Through PINOCC, an integrated operations and monitoring centre will be developed to support a more systematic, data-driven approach to urban management and decision-making.

This collaboration reflects the strong commitment of DPCH and MBI to improving service delivery and optimising city management through digital innovation. Held in a spirit of mutual cooperation, the visit is expected to further reinforce the partnership between both parties in realising Perak’s vision of becoming a competitive, responsive, and innovative smart state.

Digital Perak extends its appreciation towards Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh for successfully organising the MiCare MyMed Application and Policy Benefits Briefing, together with an insightful Health Talk.

The session provided employees with a comprehensive overview of the MiCare MyMed application, while enhancing their understanding of the healthcare facilities, coverage, and benefits available under the company’s medical policy.

The programme also featured a health-sharing session led by a Dietitian from Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh, who shared practical guidance and valuable insights on balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices.

It is hoped that the knowledge shared during these sessions will empower all Digital Perak employees to make full use of the healthcare benefits available to them while fostering greater awareness of the importance of maintaining good health and overall well-being.

The launch of the SIHAT AI Smart Health Kiosk was successfully held at the Perak Techno Trade Centre (PTTC) in Ipoh and was officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad, Menteri Besar of Perak.

The prestigious event was attended by members of the State Government leadership, State Executive Council Members, Heads of Departments, representatives from Federal and State Government agencies, Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), industry leaders, strategic partners, as well as members of the technology and healthcare communities. Their presence underscored a shared commitment to advancing Perak’s digital transformation agenda through strong cross-sector collaboration.

The ceremony also featured the exchange of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Digital Perak Corporation Holdings, the Perak State Health Department, and Menteri Besar Incorporated (MB Inc.), alongside the exchange of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with COEXRT AI. These strategic partnerships mark an important step towards strengthening collaboration in the development of digital health technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and innovation to support the growth of Perak’s Smart Health ecosystem.

The development of the SIHAT AI Smart Health Kiosk reflects the State Government’s commitment to accelerating the implementation of the Perak Sejahtera 2030 agenda, advancing Perak’s Digital Economy, and realising its Smart State aspirations through the adoption of intelligent technologies that deliver tangible benefits to the people. By integrating AI, data analytics, and digital health solutions, the initiative aims to expand access to early health screening, promote preventive healthcare practices, and enhance the delivery of efficient, inclusive, and citizen-centric public services.

More than just a health screening kiosk, SIHAT AI serves as the foundation for the development of a network of Smart Health Nodes, with the potential to harness data and analytics to strengthen healthcare planning, improve community well-being, and enable data-driven governance within Perak’s digital ecosystem.

Mesyuarat Lembaga Pemegang Amanah Digital Perak Corporation Holdings Bil 2/2026 was chaired by YAB Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad, Menteri Besar of Perak and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Digital Perak Corporation Holdings.

The meeting was held in the Board Room on Level 11 of the Perak Techno Trade Centre (PTTC) in Bandar Meru Raya, Ipoh and was attended by members of the Board of Trustees of Digital Perak Corporation Holdings, together with senior management representatives from Digital Perak Corporation Holdings and the Perak State Development Corporation (PKNPk).

The Government of Perak today presented the Fourth Year Progress Report of Perak Sejahtera 2030, themed “Hasil Dirasa, Keyakinan Dibina.” The report serves as a transparent assessment of the implementation of the state’s long-term development blueprint, which was launched on 15 June 2022, to ensure that every planned initiative remains on track in advancing the well-being and prosperity of the people of Perak.

YAB Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad, Menteri Besar of Perak, emphasised that as the initiative enters its fourth year of implementation, Perak Sejahtera 2030 has reached a strong and stable stage of progress. He reaffirmed the State Government’s unwavering commitment to ensuring that the economic growth achieved translates into tangible benefits that are directly experienced by all segments of society across Perak.

This progress is underpinned by the state’s robust economic performance, with Perak recording an impressive 5.7% economic growth in 2025, surpassing the national growth rate of 5.2%. The achievement positions Perak as Malaysia’s sixth-largest contributor to Gross Domestic Product (GDP), accounting for 5.3% of the national GDP. Investor confidence has also continued to strengthen, as reflected in the significant increase in approved investments, which rose from RM6.61 billion in 2022 to RM15.76 billion in 2025.

To ensure that Perak Sejahtera 2030 remains dynamic, responsive, and relevant, the State Government will undertake a Mid-Term Review of the development blueprint. The review will include the refinement of monitoring indicators, enhancements to flagship initiatives, and realignment with the kerangka RMK13 as well as emerging economic trends. These efforts are intended to ensure that the blueprint continues to serve as a living strategic framework that delivers meaningful and lasting impact on the lives and future of the people of Perak.

A delegation from Digital Perak Corporation Holdings (Digital Perak), led by its Chief Executive Officer, Encik Mohamad Suhaimi bin Mohamad Tahir, held a strategic engagement session with the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and CyberSecurity Malaysia (CSM) to discuss the revitalisation of their previously established strategic collaboration, while exploring new opportunities for future partnerships.

During the meeting, representatives from MDEC and CSM shared updates on their respective initiatives and programmes, including efforts to advance the digital economy, strengthen public awareness of the importance of cybersecurity, and coordinate the development of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to further enhance collaboration among all parties.

The engagement reaffirmed the shared commitment of Digital Perak, MDEC, and CyberSecurity Malaysia to fostering strategic partnerships that support digital transformation, strengthen cybersecurity readiness, and drive sustainable digital development for the benefit of the state and the nation.

Digital Perak Corporation Holdings (Digital Perak) welcomed a courtesy visit from a delegation of Pahang Corporate Management Services Sdn. Bhd. (PCMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Pahang Corporation Sdn. Bhd., led by its Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Abd Rahim Ahmad.

The strategic discussion focused on sharing the expertise of the Agensi Penyelaras Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi (APIT) in managing applications for the development of telecommunications infrastructure on land owned by the Perak State Government and its state agencies. The session also provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge on APIT’s organisational structure, business model, roles and responsibilities, as well as to explore potential avenues for bilateral collaboration between both organisations.

The PCMS delegation also included Pn Juhana Ayub, Chief Operating Officer, together with officers from the Project Management and Land Department of PCMS.
