The Perak State Government continues to strengthen its engagement with the community through the Hari Bertemu Pelanggan, (HBP) Programme Series 6 of 2026, held at Dewan Jubli Perak, Kuala Kangsar.
The programme, officiated by the Menteri Besar of Perak, YAB Dato’ Seri Saarani bin Mohamad, recorded a total of 290 new complaints from members of the public. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the platform in addressing public concerns, with 82 per cent, equivalent to 892 complaints, successfully resolved out of a total of 1,015 complaints received during previous editions.
To facilitate public access to government services and provide direct assistance, the programme offered a range of services and facilities, including 111 customer service counters, six mobile service counters and 14 exhibition booths. The event also featured Affordable Sales and Rahmah Sales programmes, providing members of the public with access to essential goods at affordable prices.
During the programme, YAB the Menteri Besar also launched the Mobile Revenue Counter Van of the Kuala Kangsar District and Land Office. The initiative is part of a RM1.25 million allocation for the procurement of five mobile counter vans, aimed at enhancing the delivery of state government services across five selected districts.
The initiative reflects the Perak State Government’s continued commitment to bringing public services closer to the people, improving accessibility and efficiency, and ensuring that the needs and concerns of the community are addressed promptly and effectively.
