Digital Perak Corporation Holdings today organised the SIHAT AI Strategic Workshop for the Perak State Development Corporation (PKNPk) Group, graced by the presence of YBhg. Datuk Redza Rafiq bin Abdul Razak, Chief Executive of PKNPk, together with members of the management team and representatives from PKNPk Group’s subsidiaries.
The workshop marked another strategic milestone towards PKNPk’s aspiration to become Perak’s first Smart Health GLC, by expanding the adoption of digital technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support employee health and well-being, while advancing the organisation’s sustainability agenda.
The session featured several key components, including:
- Full live demonstration of the SIHAT AI ecosystem, showcasing its capabilities and potential applications.
- VHealth demonstration, highlighting its digital health support functions.
- Free health screenings covering six health protocols.
- SIHAT AI progress update, from its Proof of Concept (POC) at PTTC to its pilot implementation at the Kota Tampan State Assembly Service Centre.
- Strategic discussions on implementation models, data security and the roadmap towards SIHAT AI go-live across the PKNPk Group.
Through a strategic collaboration between Digital Perak and its technology partner, CoexRT, SIHAT AI integrates digital and self-administered health screening capabilities, with the potential to incorporate a Health Dashboard to support more systematic health data monitoring and analysis, subject to integration requirements, security measures and data protection considerations.
The workshop also brought together representatives from Human Resources, Corporate Planning and Strategy, Health and Welfare, and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) functions. This collaborative engagement provided an opportunity to understand the specific needs of each subsidiary and identify how SIHAT AI could complement existing employee health, welfare, digitalisation and sustainability programmes.
Beyond a Health Kiosk: Building a Smart Health Ecosystem
The workshop represents more than an introduction to a health screening kiosk. It is a step towards building an integrated Smart Health ecosystem for PKNPk Group employees, connecting health screening with data insights, targeted interventions and actionable outcomes.
Through this initiative, Digital Perak continues to explore how technology and AI can be translated into practical solutions that enhance employee well-being and support more informed, data-driven health management across organisations.
