The launch of the SIHAT AI Smart Health Kiosk was successfully held at the Perak Techno Trade Centre (PTTC) in Ipoh and was officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri Saarani Mohamad, Menteri Besar of Perak.
The prestigious event was attended by members of the State Government leadership, State Executive Council Members, Heads of Departments, representatives from Federal and State Government agencies, Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), industry leaders, strategic partners, as well as members of the technology and healthcare communities. Their presence underscored a shared commitment to advancing Perak’s digital transformation agenda through strong cross-sector collaboration.
The ceremony also featured the exchange of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Digital Perak Corporation Holdings, the Perak State Health Department, and Menteri Besar Incorporated (MB Inc.), alongside the exchange of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with COEXRT AI. These strategic partnerships mark an important step towards strengthening collaboration in the development of digital health technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and innovation to support the growth of Perak’s Smart Health ecosystem.
The development of the SIHAT AI Smart Health Kiosk reflects the State Government’s commitment to accelerating the implementation of the Perak Sejahtera 2030 agenda, advancing Perak’s Digital Economy, and realising its Smart State aspirations through the adoption of intelligent technologies that deliver tangible benefits to the people. By integrating AI, data analytics, and digital health solutions, the initiative aims to expand access to early health screening, promote preventive healthcare practices, and enhance the delivery of efficient, inclusive, and citizen-centric public services.
More than just a health screening kiosk, SIHAT AI serves as the foundation for the development of a network of Smart Health Nodes, with the potential to harness data and analytics to strengthen healthcare planning, improve community well-being, and enable data-driven governance within Perak’s digital ecosystem.
