Digital Perak, through JP GBS@Ipoh, together with the Perak State delegation led by YB Azlan Helmi, conducted a working visit to VADS Business Process Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia, to explore strategic collaboration opportunities aimed at strengthening the Global Business Services (GBS) ecosystem in Perak.
The visit provided an opportunity to gain insights into industry best practices, operational requirements, talent development initiatives, and potential areas of collaboration that will support the continued growth of the GBS sector in the state.
Through this initiative, Digital Perak reaffirms its commitment to expanding strategic partnerships that enhance the digital economy ecosystem while attracting high-impact investments that contribute to the sustainable socio-economic development of Perak.
