A Telecommunications Engagement Session was conducted to discuss the latest developments and follow-up actions concerning telecommunications coverage issues previously reported in the affected areas.

The session included updates on the implementation of coverage improvement initiatives, a demonstration of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) Nexus application for lodging complaints and managing reports more systematically, as well as guidance on the proper procedures for submitting complaints to the relevant stakeholders.

The programme served as a continuation of the YB EXCO Telecommunications Outreach Programme, which has been an important platform for disseminating information and addressing telecommunications-related issues within local communities.

Through this engagement session, valuable community feedback was gathered to assess the effectiveness of the measures implemented and to identify new locations that continue to experience telecommunications coverage challenges, enabling more targeted and effective follow-up actions.
