The Perak Smart City (PSC) Portal and Dashboard Development Workshop was held as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the coordination and implementation of Smart City initiatives across the state.

During the workshop, the Local Government Division of the Perak State Secretary’s Office, in collaboration with Local Authorities, PLANMalaysia, Digital Perak, and PerakGIS, discussed key aspects of the portal’s development, including dashboard requirements, data mapping, KPI formulation, and monitoring mechanisms to support the implementation of the Perak Smart City Blueprint 2040.

Digital Perak played an active role in the workshop, contributing as speakers, moderators, and facilitators during group discussions alongside representatives from the State Economic Planning Unit (UPEN) – Local Government Division and PerakGIS.

The development of the PSC Portal and Dashboard is expected to serve as a centralized platform for reference and performance monitoring, ensuring that the Perak Smart City agenda is implemented in a more structured, data-driven, and impactful manner for the benefit of the people of Perak.
