Program Mesra Hari Bertemu Pelanggan Siri 3/2026 was successfully held at the Kompleks Pentadbiran Daerah Kerian, Pekan Baru (Dennistown).
This programme provided the opportunity for the local community to engage directly with government agencies, submit feedback and complaints, and obtain information regarding the services and initiatives offered by various departments. Later in the day, at 2:30 p.m., a telecommunications complaint site visit was conducted at Kampung Sungai Burung as part of the Kerian District Community Outreach Programme.
The visit aimed to assess firsthand the telecommunications coverage issues experienced within the area and review ongoing efforts to improve communication infrastructure for the benefit of local residents. Discussions focused on identifying challenges, evaluating current network conditions, and exploring solutions to enhance connectivity and digital accessibility within the community.
The programme continued with a visit to NADI (National Information Dissemination Centre), where participants engaged in an interactive session with local entrepreneurs. The session provided an opportunity to gain insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by small businesses, while highlighting the role of digital technology and community-based initiatives in supporting entrepreneurship and economic development.
