EMPOWERMENT OF ONLINE LEARNING THROUGH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The office of the Perak State Executive Councillor for Communications, Multimedia and NGO, YB Encik Mohd Azlan Helmi bin Helmi and Maxis Berhad held a session of handing over 30 refurbished laptop units to SMK Malim Nawar school representatives as well as a Maxis eKelas Programme Briefing on 4 October 2023.

In line with the mission of Digital Perak Corporation Holdings to empower digital lifestyle in the state and as a sign of encouragement for digital learning adoption, the General Manager of Digital Perak Corporation Holdings, Encik Meor Rezal Fitri bin Dato' Dr. Haji Meor Redwan was present to witness the handover event. Also in attendance during the programme were the Perak State Executive Councillor for Education, Higher Education, Youth and Sports, YB Encik Khairudin bin Abu Hanapiah and the Perak State Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) Director, Encik Mohd Irwan Mohamed.

eKelas is a community programme initiated by Maxis Berhad that provides free access to digital learning content to Malaysian students and entrepreneurs.
